Hi All,

Now that you have had the opportunity to see the entirety of G.I. Joe: Resolute – and have been wowed along with all of us – we now offer you the chance to ask its creators any burning questions about the series. Joaquim Dos Santos (Supervising Director/Art Director), Dan Norton (Lead Art Designer) and Steve Drucker (Executive Producer) will be answering a select set questions chosen from those submitted by fans via the special Q&A submission form found at http://www.hasbro.com/resolute/resolute/en_US/ask.cfm.

Between now and 11:59pm on Sunday, May 3, fans are asked to submit questions to the G.I. Joe: Resolute team. On Thursday, May 7th, a special video will be broadcast on gijoeresolute.com, with Joaquim, Dan and Steve answering some of the more popular and interesting questions submitted by you, the fans.

If you could please share this exciting opportunity with your readers A.S.A.P. that would be great.

Yo Joe!

To be honest I think the answer to any such question is a simple NO
because in the world of fantasy nobody can truly die. If the character is worthwhile to bring back to advance a story or for any other of a plethora of reasons, the bullet missed the heart, it was a hologram, body double, etc.

My main question is, why would they take such a careless apporach to the subject?

The marvel run from what I read of it, took something like that more seriously than they do here. Too much of a "good thing" will ruin the show IMHO. It will make the characters disposable like green or blue shirts

Yes, but different. 1) The questions are submitted through the form in the link they provided instead of submitted by the Joe websites. 2) They won't answer all the questions, just selected questions from those submitted. 3) It will be answered by people who worked on the show and not Hasbro Marketing. 4) They will be doing a video to answer the questions instead of the written replies we usually get. 5) This is specific to the Resolute cartoon.

About half as many as, "Why did you not personally consult with me before writing this? What gives you the right to do things that I don't like?"

Probably not a question the creators of the cartoon can answer. ;-)

Someone ask why the F this doesn't become a full series, or at least a 15 min AS show.
What kind of dumb move, base a toyline on a 50 min animated movie and stop.

I see them blaming collectors when they cancel relsolute figures over "lack luster" sales.

I love retcon, it's always a welcome addition to a story.

O.K., I have a few questions.

1. Are there solid plans on making more Resolute episodes?
2. Was DialTone a re-imagined character (an alternate reality "DailTone was always a girl" thing), or a new recruit that took up the old call name ("passing the torch" scenario)?
3. (Based on the premise that Resolute will continue) As this is more adult oriented and death calls on key characters, will we see new characters (Like DialTone possibly) emerge to fill the voids left?
4. (Based on above question) Can we expect to see detailed personal character story arcs as older members "retire" out of combat and new support staff steps in?

And I do believe Zartan could have made it out alive!
