I bought this out of the $3 bin at Adventure Con this month. It appears to have a Footloose torso, Tunnel Rat waist, with modified Gung Ho legs.

Anyone seen anything like this before?

Can't say I have, but my curiosity is piqued.

I have a very similar one. It has a foot loose torso that has been changed to a side to side neck joint. I have no information about it however. Sorry.

Wow...both of those figures are really cool. I love that kinda stuff. I would buy up every one a came across if I was lucky enough to find any.

That's the first I've ever seen of this particular brand of knock-off. The swivel-necked Footloose torso is really strange...it seems like an awful lot of effort to go through for a knock-off company. Does anybody know if Hasbro got to the tooling stage on the 1985 figures before they decided to switch to the ball-jointed neck? If so, these could be based on a pre-ball-jointed Footloose test-shot or something.

I narrowly missed getting some of these on two occasions at local toy shows. So I don't have any, but I know I have seen them in the US before. I wouldn't be surprised if they were released in the US, but for as many items that have traded hands internationally at this point, there is a good chance that is actually where it is from.

They are certainly one of the cooler knock-offs out there, imo.

That'd be sweet if they did. All I ever see in Easter baskets are: Aerialbot knock-offs, Funskool Pepsodent knock-offs, and Chap Mei knock-offs.
