Saw this at some other sight...I'm sorry, but I find it hilarious that Hasbro finally throws ARAH era fans a bone and it's one of the two figs they couldnt give away in the past few years.

To me that's kind of cool. My wife was just saying the other day that Hasbro is missing the boat on a "then and now" type of package deal. She was more thinking of a figure set, but this works. I doubt this will be the only set and if it sells well there will probably be figure sets too.

Anyone know what other vehicles/figures will be part of this series? I can't imagine they're just going to do this one.

There was a prototype of the Night Landing Craft online a while back that I havent seen any listings for, maybe that is in the line, isnt there a ROC boat coming out?

Yes, at the time it was listed at $19.99.

I am so going to buy like 2-3 of this set if the price is right. Polar Battle Bear was one of my favorite vehicles as a kid, and the new snow mobile was just about the only movie vehicle I was considering buying. I'm glad I held off because at least now I can get it with the Battle Bear. I wish it was a 25th Snow Job... which at least is useful for the parts. I wonder if the foot pegs will be retooled for 25th?

If that's the listing for these sets, then $20 is not too bad for two figures and two vehicles.

....meanwhile, I would love if one of the sets was a Buzz Boar and a Mole Pod. Mainly because of the angst it would cause in the "REALISM ONLY!" crowd, but also because I can't get enough Buzz Boars.

Interesting that they restored Snow Job's original biceps (or found existing ones that matched better) rather than just reused the BAT biceps the mold has used since 1997.

That's the only way they can get me to buy a Mole Pod. But who'd be a match for the Terra-Viper?

And it looks like both the ROC Rockslide and the ROC Snow Job are different from the regular retail release. The Rockslide is whiter compared to the pale blue of the regular one, and Snow Job features grey where his regular toy features green.
Both figures look like they'll sport their respective ski gear, and sadly it looks like the Polar Battle Bear will lack its missiles.

I really like this. I have enough Battle Bears, but I hope that there are more in this series!

Can't tell from the pics, but it doesn't look like they've changed the tooling on the PBB
