Blue Snake-Eyes, Frostbite and Mirage would all have been good contenders but Dial-Tone wins it for being a completely unchanged BJ's Dial-Tone.

I had to go with Frostbite simply because it was yet another renamed Snow Job figure, though there's nothing particularly wrong with the figure itself. The Dial-Tone figure was a lazy re-use, but I couldn't bring myself to vote for that figure.

I don't count repacks, so Dial Tone is out.

I went with Mirage, just different enough to make you mad and packed with a pricey vehicle that it seemed most people didn't want. That set should've had the repacked figure.

Exactly. That, and it was an unnecessary figure to begin with.

Big Ben. A favorite character of mine, but why in the world give him General Hawk's uniform!?

I don't know, but that body of his allowed me to make a satisfying Steeler custom with some mass to him, so I'm not complaining about its existence.

If it wasn't for the straight-up Dial-Tone rerelease, I would've gone with Mirage myself. The colors weren't bad but considering its abundance the previous year and what you had to buy to obtain it...
