Kimber - Stefanie Scott
Aja - Hayley Kiyoko
Shana - Aurora Perrineau
Even though the toys and cartoon were geared towards girls, I've always though they fit in with G.I.*JOE and Transformers simply because they were made by Hasbro and animated by Sunbow, plus the story was created by Christy Marx who had written for G.I.*JOE. The stories were centered around Jem and the Holograms, but contained enough action and adventure to keep boys interested in watching the show too.
These actresses are in their early 20s and looking at their IMDB entries, relatively unknown. Only one I've even remotely heard of is Aja, she played Velma in a horrible live action Scooby-Doo movie. I know Hollywood isn't too interested in things like "source material" or "giving the fans the live action movie of a cartoon they've been waiting for for 30 years" but if this movie isn't too girled up and the music is more Bengals and less Katy Perry and they Misfits are included, I can see myself at least getting it on DVD if not actually going to the theater to see it. Only question is, what part will Zombie Guide have in this movie?
