Dave, the owner of the site has been ill, so they closed up shop. Unfortunately they've got a bunch of orders to fill and no clear way for people to figure out what's going on with their order. In the past Dave has always come through, but there's usually been feedback so at least you know things are under control. I totally understand the priority is Dave's health, but it'd be nice to get some feedback on our orders from someone.
