Figured this belongs in Joe discussion since the figures will be scaled to work with 3 3/4" figures.

Basically, an action figure line based on urban legend creatures like the Chupacabra, Mothman and the Jersey Devil. Complete with victim figures (3 3/4" in height) and display bases:

Definitely has promise. Reminds me of the old MacFarlane Toys Monsters playsets, but with waaaaaay more articulation than Todd's crew could be bothered with. ;-)

Wow, these were in Toy Fare like 8-9 years ago! I wondered what happened to the line, it seemed cool.

Are you thinking of these? These did come out.

I think they are cool...I just wish it wasn't the came cryptids that we've seen in various forms already. Okay--Bigfoot, for sure, he's the king and Chubacabra is cool.
But I know I'd rather see something like a mermaid or a hodat.

No, iwbeta is right. These have been kicking around since 2001.

Thanks, Pluv. Knew I'd seen them advertised way back.

That Jersey Devil is tempting...

No way! They have a Loveland frog planned! Awesome. Bet they won't do the Green Claw Monster, though.

I'm surprised they don't have a Bray Road beast in there, somewhere.

Ha! MoMo! My brother used to terrify me with stories about MoMo when I was a kid.

If the pledge price isn't met then you don't get charged until the top goal hits at least.......

Yeah, Kickstarter is all or nothing. You pledge to pay if it reaches its goal, but if it doesn't, nobody has to pay anything.
