Post subject:  What is at Big Lots Now?
I will be spending a few days in the US next week and will have an opportunity to go to Big Lots. It is a few minutes out of my way, but if there are any Joes and/or PTE stuff, I would not mind the detour.

My question is, should I stop in or should I spend that time shopping somewhere else? Is there any PTE there right now? I checked the website and did not see anything interesting, but in-store stock may be different.

Any PTE you'd find will be from last holiday season, so its going to depend on the store. Some here still have a few items, some don't. Other than that they don't have much. MOTUC (maybe) and one here still has a ton of the RoC MARS Trooper 3 packs. Target and WalMart are in the midsts of resets, so they're a crapshoot, if you want Joes, don't waste your time with Target.

Someone was posting finding a LOT of PTE stuff just recently....but have NO idea where the person was located either..

Locally at the Big Lots stores there isn't much. Knockoff Transformers, various Power Rangers, the non articulated Marvel/Avengers. A few mixed Mega Bloks sets, not much left if any of the He-Man stuff, and all the rest is dolls, cars, and coloring books. No Power Team Elite at all or much of anything else of interest.

Some places still have the MARS sets?

Dang, I wanted to get a few of those to make Dreadnok Kaos Crew figures to use up some of the cast heads I've gotten.

I saw a bunch of PTE stuff at a couple spots in Maryland. No MOTU though. And definitely no GI Joe to be found around here at Big Lots.

Well the 2 stores here that have a bunch are brand new stores.

MOTUC is a crap shoot.

There were also reports of regular Marvel Universe figures being found.

I think all the ones I've been in around Memphis have at least something PTE- some definitely more than others. I've seen the Blackhawk, little bird, SEAL boat, and covered humvee.

Thanks for the info guys. I'm looking for a couple of guard towers mostly, but also a few other things as well. If I can fit the detour into our schedule, I may try my luck.

I saw the T-98, jeep and trailer, and the APC, but couldn't get them. They also had alot of 12 inch stuff.
