Got this figure in a Ebay lot and was wondering if any one here has any idea who she is and what line she is from?

i was going to say Bionic Six because of the double back screw but she isn't a Bionic Six character.

Yeah that was suggested, but there is no metal in her and her head doesn't swivel due the post being wrapped around the top back screw. The arms also only swivel at the shoulder like a Joe but that is the only articulation there, the legs are ARAH style (though the ball mounts on the t bar are larger than a Joes), and there is no separate waist.

We've got it, She's named Sliced Ice from the Sky Surfers toyline. Thanks to Joe Botta in the Action Figure Identification! group

I was gonna say it looks like a Bandai figure, but...
The Thundercats figures are similar in construction.
