With the upcoming Star Wars Command line of mini figures and vehicles, I'm wondering if the same play pattern could be applied to GI Joe.
Replacing the various "generals" with named characters and using the rich catalog of b=vehicles to replace the starships.
How cool would it be to have a Cobra Island playset with a scaled Terrordrome.

With tons of characters and vehicles on the battlefield/table, kids and collectors could stage epic battles.

I would get it for GI Joe for sure. What was not a good move was trying to force that dice game in with Clone Wars figures or Toybiz's SuperHero Showdown. But doing miniatures would be fun.

Oh, lordy, don't get me started on that dice game in the Star Wars figures. I've got so many of those dice around here -- if I were the inventive sort, I'd be looking at building some sort of modified pellet gun that uses them as the ammunition...
