Could someone please identify these accessories? They were in a box of very random stuff, and I'm certain they're G.I. Joe, but I can't place the proper owners (although I think maybe the hat goes to General Flagg?) Thanks.

I think the brown hat is a General Hawk hat, later years, and the falcon could be Raptor's, or Street Fighter Van Damme Guile's, from the mountain version of him. Orange helmet eludes me. |

Helmet is Wild Card's. But I don't think it ever saw US release in orange. Funskool, maybe? |

Probably explains why it doesn't have a lot of painted detail on it. I'm sure it came from a previous mold, but I wonder if it was Freedom, or maybe Raptor's falcon. There's not that many large birds in the line, and it's certainly not Polly! |

Its not Freedom, he had a more curved beak. Looks like Raptor's falcon mold. |
