So I'm sitting here drinking from my "I like big cups and I cannot lie" glass staring at my Darth Vader coffee mug and it got me wondering what would [fill in the character] have on their glass, cup, mug, stein of choice. Like I'm guessing Gung Ho would have a Marine logo straight off the base exchange shelf. But like what would Dr. Mindbender have or Flint or Outback or Cesspool?

Outback would have a collapsible survival cup.

Snake-Eyes would have a black cup with the Arashikage symbol in red.

Storm Shadow would have red symbol on white cup.

Tomax and Xamot have red/silver handles on blue cup, with printing on opposite side and a small chip on Xamot's

Zartan's cup would color change, depending on the heat of the liquid.

Destro would have a black cup with a silver Destro head logo. Then he'd have one with a gold head.

Crimson Guard would have a white cup with the top inch in crimson. When hot liquid added, the entire cup turns crimson.

Dr. Mindbender's cup is purple with 2 vertical silver stripes.

Big Brawler's cup is essentially his shirt color with the stripes.

Metal-Head's cup is black with red highlights and the word "BANG!" appears when hot liquid is added.

Shipwreck's would have an old school pin up girl on his, that has the clothes fade off when hot liquid is put in it.

Grand Slam would have something sci-fi or baseball or comic book themed. Or possibly Future Batman playing baseball.

Flash struck me as GIJoe's Spock, so I'd give him a Spock coffee cup.

Cobra Commander probably has a collection of coffee cups including one with William F Buckley's picture on it, one that says "Erhard Seminars Training," and one that says, "Bessst Dad."

Clutch and Shipwreck sometimes snag each others pin up girl mugs by mistake.

Haha, perfect.

I can picture him walking in to a break room with it. Pouring some hot coffee in to it. Giving a slight grin and sighing as he watches the clothes disappear. And then proceed to start telling a story about a woman he met years ago... as the other Joes roll their eyes and most try to silently duck out the door while the mug has him distracted.

Bazzoka's is red with a bright blue "14" on it.

Dusty's is simply sand colored.

General Hawk has two mugs. The one he uses the most is a black mug with the stars of his rank. The other is a more ceremonial mug with the West Point logo and block letters of 'DHC" on one side.

Keel-Haul's mug is Navy Blue with the words "USS Flagg" on one side and "Skipper" on the other.

Toll-Booth's is orange with a sledgehammer handle.

Beachhead's mug has a skull wearing a Ranger beret, crossed commando knives, jump wings, and smells bad.

Mainframe has computer screen with the USMC logo.

Iceberg's mug has the name of a Brownsville, Texas HVAC company.

Low-Light's mug is pitch black and the word "Boo" appears.

Chuckles mug looks like his Hawaiian shirt.

Psyche-Out's mug has the word "Berkeley" on it.

Payload's mug says NASA.

Hardtop's mug is baby blue with no words on it.

Hardball's mug is from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.

Skidmark's mug says, "JOEs Best Driver"

Recoil's mug says, "I <3 to run".

Clean Sweep's mug says, "Do not drink!"

Airtight's mug will spill it's contents as it is a prank cup.

Colonel Courage's mug is army green with a US Army Colonel's 'bird' rank.

Cross Hairs mug is camo with a red targeting sight on it.

Grunt's mug is OD green with the US Army logo on it.

Bombstrike's mug is white and black like a soccer ball.

Cutter's mug is white with the blue/white/red USCG logo.

Doc's mug is brown with a red cross.

Mutt's mug has a pic of Junkyard on it.

Steeler's mug is OD green with the crossed sabers/tank logo.

Scarlett's mug is white and says, "RED".

Lady Jaye's mug is green with a dark green pine tree with the numbers 91, like her unit crest.

Duke's mug is OD green with the words "TOP" and "YOJOE".

Keeping in mind that while I'm a good graphic artist, I am only a moderate computer artist -- that and I whipped these out in about ten minutes -- I decided to have some fun with this idea. Love some of the concepts that people have come up with, by the way.

First up, my idea for a Destro coffee mug.

Next, my idea for an all-purpose Cobra mug. (If anybody wants to work on these illustrations and enhance them, feel free)

Finally (for now), my idea for a Dr. Mindbender mug.

HA! I think mind bender is the pringles man!

I don't think the Pringles guy has a monocle, but the mustache is pretty similar.
