That 'Marshal' figure is giving me a real Tombstone Kurt Russell / Wyatt Earp vibe, and that's good enough to get my attention.

Those look awesome. I'm thinking twice about the eagle force one now.

Town Drunk will be one of the stretch goal figures.

Followed by Walter Brennan and Chill Wills.

I like this one, maybe they will space it out with eagle force, it's what I would do so they aren't competing. I want both, these would go great with my classic Lone Ranger figures.

....how much do I have to give them to get them to make an Al Swearengen figure?

Do we know the company? Have they done anything before? The sculpts are amazing. I'll find some money for this KS when it goes live as well.

+1

Although I'm still waiting for that toy company to do a line of civil war figures. Hopefully, if successful, these guys would think about that in the future.

...Yes. YES.

This would be all in for me. It's the first toy kickstarter that REALLY iinterests me.

I like how the last two unidentified characters look like updates to Johnny West and Sam Cobra.

That said, I'm very cautious about my excitement level. The genre has me excited. the designs have me excited. The company, at least what I know of it so far, not as much.

The Shopkeep without the apron and tweeked color scheme could make an easy Al.

A wave two would have to have an American Indian, a Custer, a regular Federal trooper and then a "Buffalo Soldier."

I talked with Paul, the guy who's running this for quite a while and got some up-close and personal looks at the protos.

--gotta be honest, I dont really participate in Kickstarters, in fact I only chipped in $30 to the BFS KS for a Medusa. But being a huge fan of the genre and seeing the sculpts in-hand, I can see doing an all-in on these guys.

I will be bringing in my abilities with D&J Toys to create a western playset reproduction as part of the kickstarter. This is an old rare cardboard playset, and much like the Cobra Base, I'll be upgrading it to plastic. It will have various features and should be a nice item to display the figures with which are turning out great. The item shown at the show is a cardboard mock up to to show.
