Okay, going to get a final quote from a couple places and then start getting these made:

Operations Manual #1 - Weird Science

8x10 sheet of COBRA Red on Clear Vinyl Stickers.

8 Designs:
*COBRA High Altitude/Orbit/Space (CHAOS)
*COBRA Medic & Emergency Medicine
*COBRA Medical Research
*COBRA CORPORATION (Future COBRA logo, based on joecustoms.com Liberty group projects)
*COBRA Science Division
*COBRA Engineering and Technology
*COBRA Project Z (or, for "real world" COBRA, chemical weapons)
*COBRA Bio-Engineered Assets/Science/Training (BEAST) (or, for "real world" COBRA, animal handlers)

At least 2 Vehcile (1.25"), 2 Medium (.75"), and 5 Figure (.25") stickers per design. More if I can fit them.

Aiming at $5-6 per full sheet (that's all designs on one sheet), possibly with the option to buy each individual design section for ~$2 after purchasing 2 sheets

Shipping is going to be whatever it takes to get a large envelope to your address.

I think these are fun designs that a lot of collectors and customizers can make use of. My goal is to cover the cost of the project, if I do that, I'll be looking for suggestions in what people would like to see from a second set.

Ordering information coming soon.

*Preview is a lo-res sample, just to try to keep the designs under control for now. All symbols are fully detailed, crisp vector designs.

If the decals had specific places where to cut, I don't think diecutting is necessary.

Can you show examples?

Customizers were notoriously cheap at one time and I still am so I see no problem as long as the cost savings keep the price low enough to be affordable. And I would prefer to cut my own anyway.

If they're going to be unique and different from Cobrastickers.com I'd be interested.

I believe some of these logo's haven't been for sale anywhere yet: http://wiki.joecustoms.com/wiki/Category:Cobra_Logos

The Cobra Naval, Medical, Navy and Airborne logo's are on my want-list for a couple of years now.

Hmm, how cool would it be to combine this with a Group Project? For example, if the subject is "Expand the Cobra Navy", participants buy a sheet and in the end we'd get to see a new naval force for Cobra.

I would, I have before. Rattlerrepros sells sticker sheets that are not pre-cut and I have bought from them a few times.

I prefer die-cut. But if the only way to get unique designs is without die-cutting then I could work with the.

With a Graphtec cutter, you would be able to diecut a full 13 x 19" sheet in about 90 seconds. Add the cost of print, design and layout that would cost less than $5 for a full sheet of stickers.
If you want to launch a custom sticker business, it might be worth looking into. They work with wide format and regular digital print.

Would you have a water slide option?

I have a whole folder of nothing but stickers and I've got sheets of ones I've made that need to be cut. I don't care about the cutting as much as the look and the fit.

Having to cut them myself wouldn't bother me unless it was something that had to be a very precise circle. Anything else I can work with.

This is really helpful everyone, thanks for the responses.

Here's another question. Most of the designs I'm working on are new single color COBRA symbols.

On a sticker sheet, do you want more color options for each design (ex red, white, or black... no silver yet) OR more copies of each design in a single color (red)?

I would prefer variety in color
