Pics are still coming in from the various toy news sources. Lots to go through still, but what have you seen so far that has you super excited?

For me, the Capcom versus Marvel 2-packs look fun. The Paul Rudd head with the smirk on the Ant Man head on his Marvel Legends figure is straight off the screen crazy. Lots of custom potential in the Jurassic World line, but exact size and price could change things for me. But the biggest thing may actually be the biggest thing, the HasbroLab preorder for Jabba's sail barge. A big ticket, shelf hogging item that would never see release has a shot at being made. It has the potential of being a game changer...or a potential bust.

What about you? What have you seen and like?

I have been following the news sporadically the last couple of days. Of course, with no Joe news, noting has me super excited. That said, there is some very cool stuff that I will be looking for.

1. Jurassic World toys. I'll definitely take a good look at the truck when it hits shelves. Not sure I'll get any of the figures, but the dinos are really interesting and I may pick some up to build some Dino-Riders or Dino-Hunters.

2. I always look at new Star Wars toys when they hit shelves, but the 5 POA stuff has limited customs use and the SA stuff is quite expensive. I do pick some up occasionally when there is a sale. This year, these two sets caught my eye. They have a few parts that are useful for figures (heads, Lando's coat, etc), but I'll be picking these up for the turrets.

3. Transformers. I mostly collect Masterpiece, but also some Generations. This year's line, Power of the Primes, looks great. I'm looking forward to Legends Tailgate and Battletrap. Predaking looks good and I'm looking forward to seeing more of Optimal Optimus.

Super 7's offering.
Great line up of various characters. Yeah, they are only 5poa, but still. So many cool characters mixed together.

Mega Construx upcoming Heroes look cool, but they are impossible to find up here.

The biggest excitement coming out of Toy Fair for me was the "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom" line by Mattel (yeah, I never thought I'd be excited by Mattel product either LOL). The size of the line is great, lots of underrepresented species of dinosaurs are finally getting decently articulated toys across multiple price points ($7.99-$54.99) and the human figures ($7.99) have near full articulation which will make them great customizing fodder.

The Metalunan Mutant from "This Island Earth" is being produced as a ReAction figure by Super7. I normally avoid ReAction like the plague with only a few rare exceptions but I will be getting this figure the second I see it as I have wanted a "Star Wars" scale Mutant since I was a kid. The same goes for the "Planet Of The Apes" Cornelius in space suit figure from "Escape From The Planet Of The Apes" as I was planning on doing a custom one anyway to put standing in line at customs in my spaceport diorama.

The HasLabs Sail Barge is awesome but I do not feel comfortable putting what is essentially a car payment towards a single toy. I would love one in my collection, but am REALLY hesitant regarding the price.

That is pretty much it aside from some new Schleich figurines and the odd figure here and there.

Marvel Legends and all their assorted offerings... Spider-Ham, Cloak and Dagge?!
more from the rest of the Spider-verse and the 10 years of MCU
Hulk vs Hulkbuster is cool for those that missed out on the great figures,
adding unmasked Antman and Yellowjacket to my must get

things I wish they would do...
I want the rest of the Runaways to go with Nico
make the Inheritors to face off with all these Spiderverse guys (protip:they could all immediately be reused as the Hellfire club)

I was interested in Predaking until I saw that Rampage and Taurus' solo bot modes are half leg bit, no concealment even attempted.

I already fot the Duocons Battleslash and Roadtrap = Battletrap, they are great, fun, well designed figures.
I hope they go forward with this subline and give us updates for FlyWheels.
as well as updates to the cassette combiners BeastBox/SquackTalk=Squackbox and GrandSlam/Raindance = SlamDance

the anime styled pinup statues that starts with a K...kotobukiya? getting GIJOE sounds cool to me

I'm definitely in for a Flywheels. I'm also hoping they repaint Roadtrap as Rollbar. I would buy every Throttlebot in Legends scale.

Donald Glover 4" head sculpt. Troy needs a GI Jeff Design.

For me it's the New Jurassic World stuff. That truck looks great, Spectre pointed out it has no seats in the cab cause that's where the ball pops out of, but for me that just means I won't feel so bad customizing it.

Some of the Star Wars stuff looks great for accessories and head sculpts.

The IT figures look good for fodder. They're 5 poa but as background figures they'll work.

honestly? There's more being shown that is useful for my scale than I'd have ever expected. Fun.

I'm seeing Marvel Legends and SW Black figs that I'm really digging (despite trying to convince myself that I don't collect that scale) - The JP figs are fine, and the vehicles are really sweet, but we need some &#@%ing sauropods in this scale for once. How many different T-Rex's are enough?

Gotta say its the Jurassic Park line. After years where it seems toy makers are scaling back, Mattel seems to be going all in.
