I think the Imp with the missiles is the only one I actually bought... the Rams and the others were from JoeMichael's stash! Thank you sir, already planning my RamJets!

Last day deal, super cheap new sculpt stuff. Grabbed each of these just for the accessories, cheaper than getting casts. I love that Major Bludd scarf. I'd never seen a Med-Alert (?) in person before... I love his wrist computer, and helmet, and his weapon is pretty unique.

Fodder grabs. One of my favorite parts of JoeCon is just digging through the "X for $Y" bins people have. It's a great way to find some stranger stuff (Prince Caspian, Spy Kids Antonio Banderas) that would probably be 10x as much on Ebay.

Some bin deals and a few I bought at "full price", which is still about 1/2 of what it'd cost to get them online. Wishing I'd found another TRU Barbecue, really like the way the legs look in those colors.

I'd never grabbed the Clone Wars SBDs before, I was taking them apart as soon as I got back to my room... they were perfect for what I have in mind, just gotta crack the torsos.
The casts were awesome. Most of the big caster booths are just too overwhelming to even browse to me... they have so much stuff it's hard to know where to begin. But then you'll come across people with smaller setups and find stuff you'd never seen before. The Half-Life head crabs are from Giga Bread. His stuff was pricier than a lot of head casters, but I believe they're all original digital sculpts and the quality is great. The head crabs come as both heads (with a neck ball socket) and critters, with an open, sculpted mouth on the belly.
I can't remember who the Terror Dogs were from but I had to have them... Don't know if I'll keep them as is or turn them into something else sinister.
Bucky based me the blue ball cap for my conset Hardball, and the cast blaster and cassette are for a large retro style Maniac Mansion figure set I'm working on.
Not pictured:
4x Duke vs Tombstone - They were staring at me from the booth next to ours all weekend, and as the seller was packing up he made me a decent deal on all 4. I think I'm going to make some other named COBRA's of Tombstone's rank... I'll have to see if I can come up with some more cemetery themed code names, maybe call the group the Grave Diggers.
2x Army of Darkness 2 packs - Another last day deal, love the AoD figures and they've gotten pretty pricey online.
Con Exclusives, plenty pictures of those online though.

Custom Class - I need to take nicer pictures of my Red Shadows, but I was pretty happy with how he came out. I found the class very enjoyable, especially getting to help people newer to the hobby with some hurdles. I used the Resolute Comic Destro with a modified left arm, so I painted my torso and head a darker red to match. Feel like it came out looking pretty unique. Still can't decide how to handle a modern take on the white eye squares.
The bonus item was a portal gun from, well, Portal. I've wanted to make Chell from the game for a while, seems like a good excuse to get started.
The big surprise were the Hasbro Vault Head casts that were given to the custom class attendees. Some really, really cool stuff in there... I think I'm going to actually use mine on some customs.
