Post subject:  Cool modular dollhouse.

This dollhouse is modular and looks like one of coolest new toy ideas I've seen in a while. Only problem for me is the expense and the use of tiny magnets. I have to kids and I've heard some horror stories of what happens if a kid swallows more than one magnet.

Beav pointed out this Amazon DIY diorama. A lot of cutting and pasting and at $35 not cheap, but a pretty cool diorama setup with "everything seen here...assembly required."

Here's a video of someone assembling that set. The books are all folded paper. But all the furniture is pre-cut, which is nice. Because for me the most tedious and annoying part of scratch building is cutting everything to the exactly the right size and shape.
