Did we all miss these, or just me? They're roughly 1:18 scale action figures that feature magnets and interchangeable limbs. It looks like they have an upcoming kickstarter to expand the line. Also they have an ap that allows you to mix and match parts and change colors and do some virtual customizing. https://morphonauts.com/ https://www.facebook.com/pg/morphonauts/posts/?ref=page_internal |

I saw some at a local toy show back in March. I'd never heard of them before that. They look pretty cool. |

Lost interest when the guy kept minimizing the importance of articulation over 'gameplay' nonsense. He's been coming around to seeing the sense that the gameplay is in the action figures themselves, so they're looking better but most still aren't quite there for me. I don't think I'm seeing hindarm swivel yet, which is one of the clear dividing lines between 'action figure' and 'useless stack of inanimate crap'. Love the mech he's showing off, too. |

Mega Bloks already did this and while a neat gimmick, it wasn't great in the long run. An Iron Giant, and Iron Man, would be great. Something where the parts clicking together made sense would be a good one-off play feature, but not something you can sustain through an entire toyline over time.
