i like that rock figure, especially the arms. the animals look huge, not bad necessarily. the tiger and panther might make great motu battlecats if big enough |

They're already hitting the shelves. There's in-had pics over at the fwoosh of the animal packs, which look to scale with Marvel Legends. |

.....could have really used another actor's likeness figure.... Reusing the Dwayne Johnson Rampage figure is fine.. but tossing a random Corps guy in there again is lame. All that effort on these giant animals just give us like one more movie character. |

Found the entire Lanard "Jumanji" line except for the "Wild Kingdom" boxed set. I passed on the single boxed lion as it is exactly the same as the one in the "Wild Kingdom" set. I want a few more hippos and rhinos when they restock. There was only 1 case of each assortment on the shelf (2 elephants, 1 rhino, 1 hippo and 2 each of the smaller animals) today. |

I must have been asleep the first few times I read the post, and not notice its a Indian elephant. That's awesome - much more useful for making war elephants (even up thru the Vietnam war). |

The "Jumanji" animals are quite good for what they cost. The sculpting is very well done, especially on the wrinkly animals like the elephant, hippo and rhino. The articulation on the legs is somewhat limited as they are simple swivel joints, if they had the shallow ball joints found on Mattel's "Jurassic World" line it would have been better and allowed for a bit more variety in the posing. Almost all of the animals' heads' articulation is linked to the action feature (press down on the hidden button on the rear hips and the head goes up accompanied by a species specific roar), the hippo lacks this action but substitutes jaw motion. The animals are solid and heavy making them worth the money. The figures are not as great. The Rock figures that come with the elephant and hippo are EXACTLY the same. A color variation would have been welcome and made them a better buy than just getting duplicates, which might not be attractive to kids (as a customizer I really don't mind). The generic "Corps!" recolor that comes with the rhino looks out of place in the line as it uses one of the older, crappier molds instead of one of the newer, better articulated and sculpted molds Lanard used in their "Primal Clash" line and more recent "The Corps!" offerings. I would like at least 1 more rhino and 2 or 3 more hippos but am good on the single packed animals until clearance sales. I still need to find the "Wild Kingdom" boxed set for that sweet warthog. |

Looks like there is another Walmart exclusive "Jumanji" boxed set coming from Lanard! The "Ultimate Collection" comes with the previously released rhino and Rock figure, a brand new wolf and buzzard, and a redeco of a "The Corps!"/"Kong: Skull Island" Willys Jeep. No word on the price as of yet but as soon as I know, I will share it here.

Got my elephant tonight. Now, to dig up the pictures to figure out what to use him for. Impressed with what they did with the Rock. It seemed like a much better figure than the Rampage version. When I compared the two, and looked at other figures, it looks like the Rampage Rock head and torso, with Toro's(?) arms and legs. I really like what they did. |

That looks like the Rampage wolf or at least the same size as the smaller wolf for that line. TOO BIG! |
