Post subject:  lion vest! ID this wild vest!
a couple yrs ago when I made/posted my ultimate (purple rain) destroy I mentioned seeing a vest that was made to look like a skinned lions face. no one chimed in on what or if it existed. since then I've seen lots of sabre tooth figures with a lion facing to the rear , so I thought that must be it. until I saw one again!
I didn't buy the lot ($15 iirc),but maybe I should of. that was a couple months ago and I never got around to posting about it again. i'm pretty sure it is an animal planet poacher, but it might be a knock off.

it sure is a neat accessory.

Well there is also Marvel’s Kraven the Hunter in 3.75” who was the obvious inspiration for the Chap Mei figure.

Chap Mei released a poacher figure in their various "Wild Quest" and "Dino Valley" lines that had the lion face vest. I had and traded a dozen of them over the last 15 years through my Swap Shop.

The vests/jacket pieces in my 2 gallon bag are my customizing fodder. I thought I had one of those vests left, but apparently I did not save one for myself.
