Still no confirmation on what the retro line is exactly, then? I'm hoping it's o-ring figures along the lines of the current Star Wars retro line. How amazing would it be to see new o-ring Joes in stores? |

How are these designed, produced, and delivered without anyone having any idea what they are yet? Seems like surprisingly tight containment on any leaks. I'm curious but don't really have any interest in going back to o-rings, and also don't really want to get into a whole new style either. |

Aren't the only O-ring molds left the New Sculpt stuff? I can't imagine Hasbro going back and tooling up all new O-ring figures. Odds are these are either new 5/7POA figures or repaints of the 25th/50th style figures. OR downscaled versions of the 6" line with "classic" paint applications. |

Even if they slapped a big "retro" sticker on the card, it won't feel right. Repaints of the 25th/50th figures could be possible. It would be the cheaper option for Hasbro as they already have all the tooling. Might explain why we didn't see anything at Toy Fair. Who wants to announce repaints? As for downscaled versions of the new 6" line, the Pursuit of Cobra line had about the same feel, no? |

The rumor mill is leaning heavily towards o-ring construction on these. As to why we haven’t seen anything, I’m pretty sure after most of Hasbro’s toy fair reveals were leaked online before toy fair, they’ve tighten things up. The fact the GI Joe brand is a team of one and some freelancers makes things little easier to contain. If you think about it, the 6” figure leaks didn’t come out until the figures left China. Most of the Transformers and Marvel leaks came out when the order forms to retailers were sent out. So far, being a Walmart exclusive, all we have are the coded retail names in their system, some of which match up with the names from the revealed 6” figures. |

If these things have already shipped, why haven't they told us anything official yet? What exactly are they waiting for? Not gonna lie, kinda driving me crazy. |
