it seems like a loong time ago that i learned on here about the marauder c-clip and how it could add feet to the footless joe birds. i don't remember who posted it, but i'm glad. i bought some soon after and stuck them in my animal box. there they sat. finally today i got them out while i had my animal collection out and did it! my buzzard and hawk were missing the whole assembly so very easy to do. the buzzards hole was a tight fit as is, but the hawk needed a drill bit to clean out the old glue. i had to drill a broken peg out of freedom and polly.
there might be some new colored c clips now that would look better.maybe yellow for polly? if so these are not glued in just pressure fit. of course these are way too small for perching on a joe arm. i just wanted them to someday make a display with all my joe animals, and i think these clipped on a coathanger or similar perch will look great.
