Apologies if this is old news, but I just stumbled across this 1:18 scale Lamborghini Cheetah, the primary inspiration for the VAMP.

I'm definitely not prepared to pay what they're asking, but it's a beautiful piece of work and I would love to see how well it plays with Joe figures. Anyone own one or seen one in person?

Never saw that pic before! The VAMP may be my favorite GI Joe vehicle. Just the perfect GI Joe balance of futuristic and utilitarian.

Point of interest: you may notice that the VAMP's hood sits at a less severe angle than the Cheetah's. While the VAMP has its engine up front, the Cheetah had its engine at the rear.

i did just read that about the cheetah, but didn't know for sure with the vamp. the next lambo did have the motor up front. while looking up the cheetah i saw it was called the "rambo lambo" lol.
