Just came across a brand new Kickstarter
In The Navy: Action Figures by Falcone. It just launched earlier today.

Paint master of the main sailor. Some details may change. Forearms will be one solid piece, not split in half as on the paint masters.

If I can get the money together, I am backing this one.

Some updates:
They are now a 3rd of the way funded, with 33 days to go.
Thanks to some folks that reached out to them about some of the uniform details they had incorrect fixed, they have corrected one of the rank insignia and changed the belt buckles from gold to silver on the enlisted figures.

New update:
They are now almost halfway funded with 31 days to go.

After some more suggestions there has been some restructuring of the figures.

The original sailor will now include all 3 head/hand variations. This will allow you to choose which one you wish to use and have extras to mod other figures.

The red "Ketchup" Deck Crew member (with dark blue pants vs the original camo ones) has been added to the original
$21,000 goal.

With the yellow 'Mustard' and green 'Relish' (both now with pants to match the red) get unlocked at $24,000 & $27,000 respectively.

The backerkit is now open for those who didn't get to order from the Kickstarter. If you did back the Kickstarter you should be receiving an email with your link and backing info.
They have made it so besides the plain sailor, you can order them in one of 3 different petty officer ranks; 3rd, 2nd, & 1st.
