Hey guys stopped into my local TRU and saw they had some of the Golden Compass toys on clearance. The large airship was down to about $15.00. The polar bears looked to be down to $6.00. The figures were still full price though. Was a little tempted on the air ship but do not see any use for it my Joeverse. Michael Bulletman Big B All Hail DOB!! |

Locally, the airship was on sale for $15 for months, even before it moved to the clearance aisle. As yet, the polar bears are still full price (grr) but marked clearance, as are the two remaining figures. |

Can't help but notice at the local TRU how many Marisa Coulter's continue to warm the pegs. Her and the Tartar soldiers; everyone else sold off long ago. Heck, I never even saw a Lee Scoresby. I bought the majority of mine off TRU.com; they screwed up my order twice (got a $10 gift card for my trouble) but I eventually got all I was after, though most of them are just sitting there--the lack of articulation (not to mention the slash elbows) kind of limited their use. |
