These guys are pretty cool. There are about 12 of them in different colors, but they're all the same build. Ever since the roadbots, I've been interested in 1:18 transformers, and it's nice to see Maisto picking up on the idea. These were at Zellers in Canada and retail for about $7.

AWESOME!

I'm a big fan of 1:18 Transformers of all sorts, so I'll definately be scouting for these!

I wonder if these will be by the other die cast stuff at Fail-Mart.

Does TRU carry Maisto stuff, Drew?

Sorta.

It's mostly repackaged as part of the store brand "Fast Lane". There are a FEW actual Maisto items floating around though. Hopefully these will be a part of it.

Pretty cool... they kinda have a Go-Bots feel to them.

I wonder if the states will get them.

Do the wheels come off or are they perma-attached?

The wheels are attached.

It also seemed very gobots to me. I liked, and got, this particular one because the color scheme reminded me of Cy-Kill. The transformation is also gobots simple, taking less than a minute to transform.

Posability is pretty good too.

The arms, elbows, and wrists, ball joint hips, knees and calf cuts are all articulated. The seat comes up kind of like a scorpion tail, the "wings" open and close, and you can move the head around which makes him look a little more expressive.
