I am cutting the fat from my collection. I am thinking of selling off my ARAH figures because they don't fit in with the new sculpts nor the 25th sculpts. Should I just sell them as a lot or singles? I have a ton of vipers and trooper and a very nice clean stiff legged Doc. I even have a Clutch that has no kung-fu grip. What do you guys think...sell them as a lot or separate them?

Simple answer: both. The high quality stuff will get better prices as singles whereas the lesser stuff will do better as lots. (Well, not necessarily better, but it will more likely sell as a lot and you'll get rid of it.) Right now, the vintage market is screwy. I've seen the same figure sell for $56, $31, $6 and $7 in the last month. That's a disparity that simply can't be explained. So, you might get really lucky in selling certain figures, but also get shafted on selling others if you go the Ebay route.

Although I'm sorry to hear you're parting with your ARAH's, I tend to agree with Mike T. The higher quality stuff will do better on its own. I would only be inclined to add that you might consider grouping things like the Vipers and such. Hey, instant army for somebody!

(I got about 20 assorted B.A.T.s in an eBay auction that way once. Some mail order v.2's, some Infernos, some assorted B.A.T. v.3's...)
