There's a set on ebay too that someone at JBL posted about this morning. Good thing I have my BBTS order in or I'd have to burn some $4/gallon gas to find these.

California will be the first state to get any new retail product. The Hasbro rep at the Canadian meet confirmed this.

Seeing as how I'm just now seeing the Torpedo wave, I'll plan on seeing these in about six months. :shifty:

Sad thing is wave 6 still hasn't arrived in my area.

Given the speed that figures show up in North Carolina I should expect to see the figures in about 9 months. Of course that's time to track down the toys that still need tracking down because this easier to find Joes thing does not seem to apply my area of the country.

Yeah, that's a nice theory, huh? Unfortunately, I'm in Washington, and I *just* found wave 5 and 6 last week. Basically, it seems to go California-->everywhere else-->rest of the west coast

I don't think it applies to Alabama either. I have yet to see a Snake-Eyes or Flash from wave 4 at retail. Waves 5 and 6 are still a dream waiting to come true here.
I have to admit the "thrill of the hunt" is losing it's savor when I keep coming up empty.

I'm in Washington too, we got very few cases of both 5 and 6 when they were originally shipped it seems. My friend was lucky enough to find half a case of wave 5 at one target and then the other half at another target (not sure what's up with that) and he found wave 6 for me at a Wal-Mart the week they were shipping in Cali. So I guess the west coast gets the cases shortly after California just sporadicly or whoever had orders in that needed to be filled first. I'm visiting my girlfriend in California this weekend though so I may have to have her spot by a Target on the way to the airport to try my luck.

CA doesn't get things as quickly as you might think. I'm just now starting to find bits and pieces of the Snow Job wave here and there, so I probably won't find the Torpedo wave until likely the end of May. Its just been bare pegs with one or two Buzzers and that's been it around my part of CA for the past few months.

I've been hoping to find Flash as well, but it seems like I haven't even gotten close yet. Of course we also seem to be suffer from that only one of each character thing. I've seen Rock n Roll and Torpedo a total of once each. I think I've only seen IG Destro twice and Snow Job twice and then one of those was a bent card that scalpers and some collectors would have passed up..

Maybe one of these days the national retailers will put some figures on the shelves for the southern Joe and Cobra fans.

I've seen Flash a total of 3 times. I bought the one I saw the first time, and then I got the second one I saw since I like my 1 mint on card and 1 open collection. The third time I left him for someone else to get. Each time it was only 1 figure on the pegs. The wave 4 Snake Eyes, I've only seen hm 1 time and again only 1 on the pegs. There's only 1 Wal-Mart getting new figures here and they've been getting the Armored Cobra Commander, Torpedo, and Rock N Roll wave. I've finally been able to complete my set of those this past week. To be up to date, I guess all I need would be the wave 4 Snake Eyes, any corrected crotch that comes out, and the new wave that's been seen if California.
