So, this 'Biotron' is in my PoL now and hopefully they'll do an R2-sized 'Microtron' soon. You guys will be interested in that the pilot minifigure is Headmaster-sized. There's a pic showing a Dianaut in the chest cockpit somewhere out there, but I saw it on my phone and not on the tablet I'm typing into now.

This page has some good pics, plus the clincher pic with a MicroMan that shows him significantly smaller than Biotron really should be, but still acceptable to me:

That Biotron appeals to me (Especially because i'm reading IDW's Micronaut comic currently). **** everything officially and unofficially associated with Diaclone line appeals to me. I thought i'd focus on scratch building vehicles again now that i have squad of Dianaut troops...

but then i saw the Diaclone Reboot DA-09 Powered Suit System .

I wish that they would make some helmetless Dianauts with crazy disco hair like the original Microman.

I got DA-02 Powered System Set A Type today. I knew it would was small, but having it in hand just amazes me. It's so tiny, yet detailed and articulated. I love it.

I just ordered DA-03 36 hrs ago. I wasn't going to buy one at first as I've been focusing on styrene and abs sheet scratch building when I have the time but the price was the cheapest I've seen it sold for so far so...*shrugs*

I wasn't going to get any of the suits, just the guys and use them with TFs. But I was so tempted by this thing I went for it. I'm afraid I may have to get some of the others, too. I also think I want a few of the 02s to customize. I could see a small squad of these personalized looking pretty cool.

Yeah, man, I didn't appreciate how cool the powered suits are until I had then in-hand. Pictures really don't do them justice. Messing around with the red suit inspired so many ideas that I had to get more.

Then those little green Cosmic Marines came out and I had to have some Diaclone/GI JOE mash-ups... first two customs coming soon...

Oddly enough...the dianaut figures are making me want
cheap dollar store robots in the worst way (KO MARS Heroes). I've got extra abs now and I could use some extra enemy mech stand ins.

At 3 for $3 they are good conversion fodder .

I just bought some of the KO MARS bots to make battle suits for the MegaBlok figures, actually.

.....and this is why I've said we have extremely similar taste / you're a mind reader in the past .

Do thr KO's you have feel like abs plastic ? I just bought some abs specific glue and I plan on using the cut offs / scraps for custom joints on the ko bots.

The ones I have are abs, but I've seen two versions of the knock offs in the wild. One is more like HDPE or something similar.

What color are your KO's?

I've seen the "Robot Defender" version more often than not and it looks like HDPE to me as well.

.. yep. It's HDPE (Or PE)
