capcha rant

used to whenever i had to play the "airplane" match game it was rare, like some off the wall website and it was mildly annoying. about 3 months ago ebay asked for a phone number to make it easier for them to verify me, they have never called me. soon after they started requiring i check the human box and play the match game anytime i sighned in on my phone instead of my laptop or vise versa.

now for the last few weeks anytime sign out then back in to ebay i have to play it, also when i check out on ebay and choose paypal play it again. now no matter how right i am they fail me 3 times before i pass as not a robot. i may not be a genius i know what a bus is!

are we being forced to do "micro" work? are we forcefully training AI?

it's not like north korea wants my ebay account.
