so i already bought these and they are here, but i'd like to know what set they are from and how they might be used. specifically what kind of shelves , racks, or cabinets they were made to fit.

they are big enough to work for my future lab and would work for small critters in my reptile room. only small flaw for snakes is they have pretty big "air?" slots all down the sides. small critters could escape (i know it is fake critters but still). lab rats, chest bursters and most of my custom facehuggers fit snug.

they won't stack as the lids stand proud a bit. i'm thinking a thin wire rack would be best to keep as much light as possible. ill get some personal pics as soon as i can with stuff inside them. one neat feature is they are "frosted" finnished on the bottoms and up the sides a bit. i think that will give some realistic distortions and also look like substrate or at least kind of dirty.

i got 10 to play with. if i can i might order more. the lids snap closed too hard on a few, but all close snug.

Off the bat, I know that one came with the Space playbox.

Note that there's two versions of that playbox this one and one with a different robot.
