The Jet is made using the RAM, Shark jets/wings (and one of the double guns as belly jets), a piece off of a cheap Apache helicopte
The figure is probably Star Wars and some funky something as the head/helmet.

The bike has dual main jets as well as dual directional thrusters which serve to both add an extra boost of speed as well as help it handle the corners. It also has a small dual upwards thruster. The Shadow Cycle is not the fastest thing on the track but it isn't slow.
