Dragonsky originally appeared in Marvel Comics as a member of the Oktober Guard. 2005 provided the first figure of the character, from the GI Joe Collectors Club, so it gets slotted into that year. This artwork also draws from the 2006 comic pack figure.

I'm also reposting Zap because I got a request for it.

Never knew what to make of his color scheme, but that's a great rendition.

Dragonsky looks great. Another one I need to get again.

Thanks!

I assume that Michael Golden, the artist for the GI Joe yearbook in which Dragonsky was introduced, had something to do with the colors. But I'm not sure, it may have been the colorist's choice (not sure who that was). It was a strange direction to take it, for sure.

Thanks.

Which one did you have? None of them really seem to have nailed the character perfectly yet, but I did like the comic pack one.

Comic pack. Only convention figure I used to have was Crimson Asp.

Crimson Asp and Freestyle looked like two of the best convention figures ever. I've seen them for sale here and there, but just can't drop the $$$ on them.

I lucked out and got her at the con for around $20, I wish still had her. She was lost with the rest of my Joes when we lost our storage unit 7 years ago.

Thanks. The biggest change I made from any of the figures is the see-through fishbowl helmet. Otherwise, it's pretty close to the comic pack figure.

That's why I want to see it in figure form, o-ring style better.
