In D&D Imps can be called as a familiar by certain Warlocks. A podcast I listen to a character has one and it crawls out of his backpack and gets up to all kinds of mischief. Made me think of ways to get this on his back, then the creepy suggestive whisper just created itself. Thinking maybe this is a newish warlock still overwhelmed by his new powers and feeling the burden of the monkey on his back so to speak.

You know that little beast isn’t whispering to tell him nice things.

The metal block is called a 123 block. It’s used I guess for like engineering projects and such, but works great as a hobbyist for its weight in holding things flat (and stackable when more weight needed), plus the holes are great for holding sticks and clips for painting.

Dammit- that's genius. And stolen.

Now to find an anthropomorphic bear in the same scale...

Right?

I wonder if any of the larger deluxe animal warriors (AWOK) figures would work?

The deluxe AWOK figures are really top heavy with big broad beefy upper torsos and smaller waists and legs. Whereas a bear like Baloo as Little John has broad hips and strong hind legs and a narrower upper half. But if you can see around that and make the look work in your universe a lot of the deluxe figures come with alternate bear heads and claw hands and feet. And they are really nice figures. I dig them a lot.

Your Robin Hood leans towards the animated style at least in the head sculpt so I thought you might want something that matched. But a big AWOK style bear in the elf hat and tunic would look pretty spectacular.
