Really impressed with Bone S.A.W. The S.A.W.-Vipers have never been a personal favorite of mine, but this design makes the basic ides look a lot more impressive. Also impressed that the guy's also a medic. Nice combo!

Thanks guys! Bonesaw is one of my favorites from this project as well.

Day 16 is up with GI Joe's first archer!

I think what i like about Upshot the most is the creative way you brought in an archer to make him relevant in today's military. Not as some silent assassin but as data intelligence. The arrows as drones is brilliant.

VERY seriously impressed with Upshot. This is a great figure. He looks outstanding, and has a very interesting and workable specialty given the details on the file card. This guy has a look that seems to say, "Green Arrow WHO!?" :D

I think this is one of the most original file cards/character concepts I've seen in a while. REALLY sells the figure. Archers are popular (Katniss (sp?) Hawkeye, Green Arrow, Legolas) but this is a pretty original take on the concept, and eschews the "bag of tricks" angle of Hawkeye and Arrow for a specific, believable military function. Now I'd be fine if Upshot also had a few explosive tips in his arsenal, but I think that silent, remote surveillance angle is a REALLY cool take on how he uses his weapon.

Very nicely done.

The battle to free Gold Springs is about to begin. The GI Joe team closes in on the town. Unfortunately, they don't know what Cobra has up its sleeve. All will be revealed in the next few days. Stay tuned to GI Joe Resurgence!

Doc is a very cool update. You can tell its Doc but it doesn't feel dated at all. I like that he has some modern parajumper influences like the baggy pants and multiple pouches. Nicely done.

Thanks. The lens on the helmet did not turn out like I had hoped. The green translucent paint is trickier than the blue which I have experience with. If I had to this one over I think I would just have painted the visor green. I still may do that.

Wow, what SWARM drove is seriously freaky -- but cool! I like it!

Also like the use of the Cobra "B.A.T." emblem on its chest instead of the standard Cobra emblem. Nice touch.

Liking the SWARM subteam. It feels alike an updated version of the Insecticons or even chad-ghosts Killer Bees. Some really genius uses of parts here.
