Bandy, the idea crossed my mind to sculpt the strings, but I'm a fan of softgoods, and I thought the strings would be a nice little touch. I was using various Panthro drawings online as reference, and one in particular stood out to me because the wrappings were little braided cords, and the ends were hanging off like my figure's. So, not a bad idea, but I just chose to go another route.

As for the mutants - I started working on Jackalman earlier. So far, I have the head on, and the back and lateral fur is sculpted on. The head is roughly painted too. I like to start by painting the head to make sure it's a good likeness (once painted) before continuing on with the rest.

Simply amazing! If you were into molding and casting, dude you'd make a mint. These are by far your best customs, and believe me I've been watching your stuff for years.

Perfection!

I would only change two things -- the head sits a little low (I know that's probably how the Lashley fig was originally) and the hands look too small for Panthro (again, an issue with the base fig.)

The sculpting and paint are better than factory, just like with your Tygra. Seriously, the paint job is so clean you could eat off of it :D
