Yeah you might have to go with neon orange to really make it pop.

I'm not sure 'pop' is the way to go with him and the rest of the TRONers, tho. They weren't really very bright, imho. I think my difficulty here is that I'm washing the orange on top of the black when I really need to do the edges of the raised IM panels in white and then do the wash. I think I want to see if I can find some glow-in-the-dark orange, too.

I could see the orange both ways. I like the glowing aspect of the neon, but I also see what you're saying about the not very bright, AV.
