I really like your Punisher. So much so that I may borrow the base body idea.
While I think that the v2 Punisher head has a really nice sculpt, and it is pretty close to being perfect here, I have to agree with Chief that it is a little bit too big.

I may try the Target 2-pack version's head.

Great stuff, and can't wait to see more!

Thanks for the feedback, everybody. I definitely agree that the head is a tad too large, but like Chief, I can't think of a good alternative. I really like the V.2 sculpt, because I think it captures the fundamental elements of the Punisher very well (the scowl, the widow's peak, etc.), so it's a real letdown that it's too big. I know Hasbro is coming out with a new version sometime this year, and that head may be more proportional.

The consensus seemed to be that the pants would look better in black, so I've updated him. He does look more "on-model" with the updated paints.

I also took a shot of Punisher with movie Nick Fury's coat. I think that it mitigates the oversized head issue a little, and it's also a look Punisher had frequently throughout his MAX run. The only problem is that the coat is a little snug, preventing him from holding a weapon with both hands.

(Can someone let me know how to edit the title of the thread? I wanted to change it to reflect my updates to this thread, but I can't figure it out. Thanks!)

Thanks for the warm welcome, guys. I'm waffling on changing the pants to black. On the one hand, I like how the blue provides some contrast to the knee pads and leg pouch. On the other hand, he may look too "off-model". If I decide to change it, I will definitely post it.

Next up are my Red Skulls. The first is pretty minor. The head is from an awesome sculpt by Hunter Artworks.

In this pose, I am expecting to hear him recite Shakespeare.
"Alas poor Yorik, I knew me well Horratio."

These look production, very nice job.

Punisher looks good, but I actually kind of liked the blue jeans a bit better. But I am probably in the minority. ;)

To edit your title, go in to edit your first post, and you should be able to change it there.

It's been awhile since I last posted, but I've still been tinkering with customs here and there. Below is my latest, Ultimate Perun:

Designed by rogue elements of the Russian and Chinese governments and named after the Slavic god of thunder, Perun is a super-soldier based on the Ultimates' Thor. During the Liberators' invasion of the United States, he brings down Air Force One and captures the president. After the invasion is turned back by the combined forces of America's superhuman population, Perun is left as sole surviving member of the Liberators. Faced with the choice between being sent home for likely execution and cooperating with SHIELD as part of Nick Fury's black ops Avengers team, Perun chooses the latter.

Perun is a tofujesse headcast of Drax on an Ultimate Thor body with Henry Jones Sr. glasses. I'd like to find a more appropriate hammer for him, as he carried a ax-less version of Thor's. All comments/critiques welcome!
