Thanks for the comments guys. I've been wanting to make this for a long time, so I'm glad she's going over well. And back to the skirt, that was the missing link that prompted me to get my ass moving on it.

Neat! I'm only slightly familiar with the character, but I know who she is and that she's part of the BoP. Surprised that the hat works so well on a female head.

Did you ever make a Huntress fig?

honestly, that's very close to my familiarity level also, but I dig the BoP concept, so my interest was piqued.

I haven't made Huntress yet, but she's also on the list, and I'm just a couple parts away from starting on her.

Also, for anyone who cares how I'm reconciling roles, I have Barbara Gordon as Batgirl. When she was shot she was temporarily paralyzed, and took on the role of Oracle. Other Batgirl(s?) have been used, but at some point Babs had a full recovery, and made the very difficult decision to hide it from everyone to provide herself cover while she eases back into the BG role, perhaps temporarily for a specific difficult mission, perhaps more permanently so.

Yeah, I'm trying to figure out how to fit Babs-as-Batgirl in my 'verse as well. I really love the character as Oracle, though. And hell- she's Batgirl again in the comics, apparently - although they at least didn't retcon her paralysis and she DID spend a few years as Oracle - so maybe I'll go in a similar direction to yours.

Gotta figure out the parts for a Huntress myself. I'm thinking Firestar head and.... ?

I dunno, as with Robin, I find the first Batgirl the least interesting in the role. Taking Barbara Gordon and making her Oracle was one of the best things John Ostrander did in Suicide Squad, and that's saying a lot. But then I'm a big fan of the late 80s/90s DC trend of actually letting characters grow and change (Wally West and Connor Hawke 4eva)

Still, definitely curious to see what you do with all of them. Hawkaa!

Woa... I DIG the idea of her pretending to still be wheelchair bound as part if her secret identity... Batgirl, I mean.

Excellent parts combo on Lady Blackhawk, and tying into BoP is an excellent idea. Consider your recipe for Barbara borrowed.

I'm going to be using that ol' Enchantress head you sent me for my Huntress.

Seems like there's a contest brewing here ... ready, set ...

Similar thought process perhaps, but I was thinking of using a Scarlett Witch head as the jumping off point. Of course, I never got a Firestar figure, so that head's not an option for me at the moment.

Updates include:

1) I re-assembled the parts for her head, so that the hat sits lower and more naturally. also re-painted face.

2) added a shoulder holster. It restricts her arm movements a bit so I may not use it always. But it's good for situational use.

3) finished an alternate head without the hat.

4) I worked up a swappable torso. It sits funny presently because I don't have the right sized magnet to make it work yet.

still seeing some touch-ups needed, which I will complete when I get the magnets for torso #2.
