That is an awesome formula and execution!!! I think with some wings this is a pure win!! Great stuff.

I love that Parademon and I will definitely be stealing parts of that recipe at some point. As for the wings you could clip the wings from the IH Hawkperson trooper and for a gun you could paint the MU Cable gun gold and add some attachments. Looks great so far just add those and some straps or yellow to the mid section and your all set.

They may look too tiny on the Thanos body but that version of the parademon's wing tend to be more smooth and sleeker--the Hawkmen backpacks from DCIH would work.

Ditto on the Hawkmen wings. It would make the custom perfect

Mister Miracle was one of my favorites from the Giffen/DeMattis era, and you've captured the design perfectly!

I've been working toward a more comic-accurate Batman since I made my first one so long ago, and I think I may finally have gotten there:

The custom's a combination of the best bits from various Batman figures bashed onto an MU Steve Rogers base, then all painted to match.

And, of course, once I had a Batman I was happy with, I just HAD to try my hand at a Nightwing:

I let my son pick from three designs to determine which version of the character I would try for. He went with the Teen Titans cartoon version, which I've always dug for its relative simplicity.

Each figure has an unmasked head as well:

So what do you think?

they look like they stepped right out of a cartoon man, awesome. I think your unmasked Bruce head is a perfect match for the masked version. My only critique is I'm not as sold on the likeness between masked and unmasked Dick. If you had two of the Hannibal heads, I'd say put a mask on one of them. (I might have gone that route for mine, if I'd had one let alone two).

I played around with different versions of my Nightwing also, and ended up making a second one for my son. Good stuff. Plus, I've been doing Bat-family upgrades in the few moments I've had of late as well.

Love these, really like the alternate masked/unmasked head. In a perfect world, that would be a standard requirement for any action figure with a mask or helmet.

The Bruce Wayne head looks slightly smallish to the body, but the masked head works.

Maybe that's just me...

Of all the Batman customs I have done I have to agree the YJ head and cape worked best for me as well. Great work on Nightwing!

I like them both.. The masked versions, for sure... The unmasked Batman is great, too, but the Hannibal head is a bit large to be a stand in for the Winter Soldier sculpt on the Nightwing... Otherwise, they are very cool!

Thanks for the kind words, guys.

I know what you mean about Dick's head being too big (yeah, I typed that). I'm considering the unmasked one to be a placeholder for the time being.

Meanwhile, here's another figure I've had in the works for a LOOONG time:
Attachment:
Force.jpg
Force.jpg [ 477.05 KiB | Viewed 710 times ]

I know it's not a 100% comic faithful interpretation, but I wanted to make sure Major Force was a complementary counterpoint to my Captain Atom. So while my version of the latter is more svelte and silvery, my version of the former is massive and golden:

What do you guys think?
