These are all great, but the flag sash on Ursa is so amazing. Great nod to the patch stealing scene from Superman 2. I love it.

Yes, sir. Green-stuff. I waited 24 hours before removing it. Not sure on aves as I have never used it, but from what I've heard from users of aves I would assume so. And no mold release. The two parts separated very easily. Easier than I had thought.

Not at first. Had to work the mold a little bit to get the GS to fill in. The mold is really flexible, so no issues there. Once it filled in like I wanted it, I clamped the edges with those clips you find in office supply sections. I suppose rubber bands will work as well. I'll post other attempts on other parts or other materials as time and trials go on in either this thread or another if you guys think it might be helpful.

Thanks Dan. She has the patch as well, though the decal didn't turn out very well.

how much does insta mold cost? And you can cast heads or whatever then?
Doomsday and razer both look good as well, I always like to see what new customs you come up with

Thanks on the comments. I picked up six sticks of instant mold and 6 inches of greenstuff for $10 I think. I haven't tried a head yet, but I'm planning to on my next day off. I'll keep you posted.
