You guys are a factory of talent and ideas! Very cool customs once again on day 3, especially love those Jungle Troopers! :)

You know, I think I have an unusual perspective on this, since I wrote a lot of the file cards, and put all of them into the traditional-style format that is displayed as part of the photos, so I have some idea of what's coming up -- but like everyone else, I haven't actually seen the items. I'd be given names and a general idea to write a file card, or just the text of the written card itself to fit into the format, and could only have a rough idea of what the end product would look like.

I continue to be totally and extremely impressed with everything that comes out of this. Mojo is even scarier than I expected, and those Jungle Troopers are some of the best "generic Joes" I've ever seen. Their supply depot is an outstanding playset.

Like I said, in some alternate, more Joe-friendly universe, Resurgence is what Hasbro is actually sending to the stores. :)

Thank you gentlemen.

Bucky did a great job with Mojo. He was very fun to play around with and photograph.

The supply depot is originally from the Toys R Us True Heroes line. I only gave it a new coat of paint and some extra detail and it works great for Joes. Its the first of six "Mission Sets" for Resurgence 3. Each one is for a different environment and features a small playset and two army builders.

These are great. One of my favorite parts of opening Joe vehicles and playsets as a kid was staring at the inserts showing what was coming our newly out in stores. This photography really takes me back there...and makes me just as jealous of whoever gets all those cool toys.

Footloose gears up to go a couple rounds with some thunder from down under, in Day 4 of GI JOE: Resurgence 3!

Pin-Up is really well done.

With the colors so close to Copperhead's, she could easily be his mean little sister.

I've always considered Copperhead a Dreadnok, so I like this color scheme too. The Swamp Boat looks like some Dreadnoks took a Moccasin, stripped it down, and just started bolting on whatever they wanted. I like it.

Kangor is great, and that kangaroo is hilarious. Love it!

Footloose is phenomenal. Great tribute to the original planned 1995 Footloose. And I love his vehicle.

Pin-Up is amazing! Frankly, I think she looks too good to be a Dreadnok. And that vehicle is outstanding!

Resurgence 3 just keeps getting better! :D

Another impressive day! The Cobra Icicle and Frost-Viper are great items, and I enjoyed coming up with the file card for the Frost-Viper. Hailstorm is an equally impressive addition to the line-up!

Great stuff so far! What I like best:

Frost Viper: indeed a nice use of the Star Wars helmet and I like the overall look of him. I'd army build it for sure.

Kangor: you gave him a fine new look. Good choice to make him look different from Big Boa, now he's more of a unique character. Fake fingernails as armour is a new technique I yet have to try, but this job on Gooru inspires me to try it soon. It looks very cool on the kangaroo, Dinoriders-style.
