Day 8 is up with one of those ''old favorites'' we mentioned in the intro.

I love that Eel and sled. I also, love Bulkhead. That would be my favorite right now. That head and paint work really make him stand out.

The file cards for everyone is also a great add on to,the project and a big thumbs up to everyone involved! Cannot wait to see more,

Bucky is back with a brand new mountaineer.

Tomorrow, Dusty79 makes his debut for the project. Stay tuned!

Landslide - not crazy about leaving the base Rock Viper colors. The maroon leg and arm armor on top of the tan jumpsuit just reads Rock Viper to me. Painting the armor brown to match the webgear and camo would, in my opinion, really make this figure unique.

Landslide is a groovy design and I dig the name. The colors are very similar to the Rock Viper

I have to agree here. It's a great design, but the shoulder piece, harness, and Rock Viper armor could be tied together a little better colorwise... he does look a little too much like a Rock Viper to me.

I LOVE that sled with the EEL. Matches the original Moray beautifully.

And Bulkhead counters all of my comments about not seeing the good guy's faces. There's a TON of personality in that figure, could very much see him and Shipwreck arguing and grumbling with each other. Great color scheme, great design. Might be my favorite so far.

Nice work guys, looking forward to tomorrow, as always!

A couple of firsts today. Dusty79 makes his debut with his fantastic Throttle custom and we are showing off our first of three Bravo vehicles.

Enjoy!

That really redeems the recon sled, and that's saying something.

Raps recon sled story: My dad got me this as a gift after missing my birthday because he was away on business. I hated it for emotional reasons, an d because it was the stupidest vehicle that I had ever seen. The Low crawl vehicle was as tall as a vamp, and had a back tire that would propel it faster than the tiny little tires on the front would allow it to be turned. The weapons were static, and useless if the enemy had the good sense to step a foot to the left.

It was a monstrosity, and tied in with my emotional state at the time of receiving it, it was my most hated vehicle for a long time. I realize now that I was being a spoiled brat at turning my nose up at it.

And so now when I see it, it reminds me what a spoiled and ungrateful jerk I was some times as a little kid.

So yeah, to say I like that recon sled is to not only appreciate the artistry of it, but to work through deep seated emotional issues with what has long been one of my most hated parts of the original line.

Throttle is my new favorite. Very Centurions-esque. Great looking figure.

Thanks man. I actually said the same thing to Bucky when I first mocked it up. Very Centurions feel, which I liked.
