Thanks for the comments on these, guys. They're all quite helpful.
I think I've found some decent goggles for Selina. I'll post pics when I'm done monkeying with them.
Meanwhile, here's what I've been working on the last two days:

At first, I'd planned to use the Steve Rogers head for Arthur, but after seeing the super-cool version of Aquaman Robulus posted yesterday with that noggin, I knew I needed to do mine a little different. Once again, my son came to the rescue with the great idea. I asked him how the figure was looking and he did his best impression of the character from The Brave and the Bold cartoon: "Outrageous!" That's when I knew I wanted a bearded, burly Aquaman.
Here's a shot of him with the rest of my growing Justice league, (you'll also see my new Hal Jordan head in this pic and, if you look closely, the raised bat-symbol on Bruce's chest):

What do you think? Does he work in context?
Oh, and chief...

The Tomar is one I've been waiting on - I was hoping somebody would bash the Mattel bits onto a better body and it looks great. I don't care for the movie head (but that's not your problem), but knowing that the body works so well with articulation gives me hope. What did you use for his knees/elbows?
Those pieces came from a Super Hero Showdown black Spidey figure. They had the spindly quality I was looking for.

I loved your original Grundy (still do) - which is probably why I'm not that enamored with the new one - I still see too much Hulk in him - maybe it's the head. Some extra hair on the sides or some "rotten" bits on the exposed flesh on the body might do the trick. As-is, he seems a little "clean" for a zombified swamp dude.
I like the ideas to swampify or zombify him more and may be going back at those. Bigger question, though: If I were to give him shoes, would that get rid of some of the Hulkitude?
