My wife loves Mr Potato Head. she has Darth Spud, a Michigan Spud, a NY Yankees spud, a Ghost/Vampire Spud for Halloween, and a big a$$ spud full of spud parts from DisneyWorld.

At a local KayBee recently we found a parts pack to make a Snowman Spud. it included the hat, coal mouth/nose, earmuffs and scarf. It did not quite look right on a brown spud with white arms, so taking inspiration from this guy:
http://www.mrpotatomash.com/

I painted a spud body white, some sneakers black, and the arms brown with mittens to match the hat:

We are still debating on the eyes, to either do them black with white pupils, or get another smile, and cut out two peices of coal, I think the coal eyes would take away from his "potatohead-ness." more to follow.

Now if I can just find the energy to get back into Joes.......

Leave it the way that it is.Not only in my opinion would painting the eyes take away his potato-ness but he would come off creepy looking.Great job looks factory as is.

She doesn't have Optimash Prime? I'm shocked! Shocked! Well, not that shocked.

I think it looks good, as it is. The eyes keep it looking like Mr. Potohead, rather than just a plastic potato done up to look like a snowman. I think it would lose a lot of personality, if you darkened the eyes.

Cool (no pun intended) this Mr Potato Head works very well, do you have any plans to do more like these. Would love to see a Leprechaun one to represent ST Paddy's Day.

The wife right now wants me to do up a green one to be a Frnaken-Spud, with real bolts in his neck.

St Potato sounds like a great idea though.

I have 4 spud bodies downstairs that I got in a 5 dollar ebay lot that I can plan with for customs.
