I didn't know where to post this, but this is probably the best forum for it.

I just purchased beav's Special Missions #1 comic pack that he made for Group Project #19 http://www.joecustoms.com/customs/customs_xml_multi.php?t=gp&d=comicpacks&c=sm1

It is outstanding. 8-O Like most customs, the photos simply don't do it justice. Just a fantastic piece of work in every respect

Being the owner of many customs made by other people, I am always amazed at how good they are at creating them. I always buy other people's customs because I am not good at making them myself. Just call me Mr. LBC
:-/ :shifty:

Thumbs up beav! Terrific job! It's well worth the $800 I spent on it ;-)

I moved this over to the critique forum. Seems like a good place to put it.

BTW, I do think that beav's SM#1 was fantastic. The work her did on each figure is really great. I wish he did more customs.

Bah, you do not understand art! beav is a master artist and as such can only give us a masterpiece when the time is right! He must take careful timing on all his works or they would be less than perfect, and if one of his masterpieces was less than perfect it would scarcely be a masterpiece! Would you want beav to kill himself from despair? Stupid uncultured pig!

(the above to be read in a mock French accent)

You know.. it's been about a year and a half since I last did a custom. :-/

I'd like to, but I have nowhere set up in my apartment and it's hard to fight the depsression/listlessness I've had lately.

Really, because I heard David Hasslehoff has never been made as a GI Joe. Seems like somebody should look into that.

I think it's time we staged an intervention...

...talent like this should not be wasted.

Did you buy it straight from Beav or off ebay??? I check for customs daily on ebay and never saw it.

The thread was a Global Announcement for a while

I responded quickly with an offer he couldn't refuse :shifty: ;-)
