Thrasher New and improved head! (Updated 10-25)

Knocked out 2 customs today, Kamakura and Thrasher. Dogfight has been done for a few weeks now.

First off is Dogfight which I pretty much just copied from HypnoHustler.

Here is my version

Next is a super quick Kamakura that I copied from several customizers including Chief, Kamakura, and Matthew.
I noticed the paint rubs on the shoulder when I took the pix and those will be fixed in the morning.

And Finally, Thrasher. Just one more Nok to make and I will be finished with them.
I got most of my inspiration from this guy from Kamakuras version that you can see here... viewtopic.php?f=14&t=6879

Here is my version

The head and neck paint matches alot better in person, but I may still try to match it up later.

I cant take any credit for Dogfight, Thats a straight copy pretty much from HypnoHustler. But glad you like him.

Cool figs,
Paints a little rough on Kamakura.
Dog Fight is a very cool copy. I wish they'd sell that.
Thrasher, nice mix of parts. I like all the added bit and pieces really adds layers to the figure.

Now go repaint that Kamakura again ;-)

Very cool trio of figures. Thrasher is my favorite. He's a breathe of fresh air as far as customs go.

cool to see athrasher and ya did well. Kamakura is great but I like all the customs I've seen of him in 25th format.Dogfight is good to but I don't care for the character or the look of him.Keep up the nice stuff TC,

Agreed with joey...you can tell KK was quick and look good with some touching up.

Thats the Thrasher head from the comic pack with Buzzer and Ripper.

TC, I like the work you've done on the figures. Nice part choices!

One thing I would offer is that when photographing a darker colored figure like your Thrasher, use a lighter background so that the details show better (like all the spikes on Thrasher!)

Overall, very nice work!

When I found this Build and Brawl series 4 Duce today, I knew I had a better head for my Thrasher. Still gotta match up the skin tones but I think the sculpt is perfect. What do you guys think?
