Again, another D-lister that I am a fan of. One of my favorite scenes out of the Ultimates is when Cap does a jump out of a plane without a chute. So I took Jack's basic design and went with a Joe operative who is suped up in some way, but is a low altitude jumper who doesn't need a chute. Recon or rescue missions. Still ned to work the mask and hair a little better and smoth some of the paint areas. |

I can dig the body work, but that mask looks like play-doh to me. Also, I get the red/white/blue hair but the white part looks like frosting. If you can tighten those up, I say winner. |
