Ive been customizing the original 13 for some time and I finally finished them all. (Or at least the ones I felt needed some work.) |

I like the mix of as is releases and customs, especially the cartoon-inspired bearded blue Breaker and the tan Clutch. I like General Hawk instead of v1 Hawk in there because it makes him stand out. Although I do prefer v2 Rock n Roll, I find he stands out more than he should in an OG 13 shot. Any reason your went with comic pack Scarlett instead of the five pack release? As bright as that yellow already is, it's really out of place next to her very military-coloured teammates. |

I like the differences in uniform colors rather than everyone in green besides SE and Scarlett. |

These all come together very nicely... ...but it sure sounds like people would like to see you make a Scarlett in muted colors, doesn't it? |

The only I think stands out like a soar thumb is Breaker. I get that you wanted to go with the cartoon coloring, but it isn't Cobra blue in the cartoon. Its more like blueish grey. Everyone else looks good, especially tan Clutch and RnR. |

I will probably redo him again once I find THE Paint. Ive also been wondering about other head options.. past nastification wrote: ...but it sure sounds like people would like to see you make a Scarlett in muted colors, doesn't it? Hmm Maybe I should.. I havent done a female custom in a while... Maybe a tan onsie with green tights? Scramble wrote: Although I do prefer v2 Rock n Roll, I find he stands out more than he should in an OG 13 shot. I think so too in some ways. I mean everyone is V1 besides RnR and Hawk.. Maybe I should make Zap v2 and/or Stalker? (Though I didnt care for the white jacket on v2 stalker it made him Artic exclusive for me instead of a go everywhere guy.) I had both versions but figured 1 would be fodder, and I couldnt choose wich I liked better. So I asked the wife. She said go with the CP one.. So I did.. Maybe Ill make my own and it will all be better? --------------------------- Im pretty proud of this set. It was my first attempt in any form to have the original 13 line up all at once. Afew tweaks are needed but I really enjoy the mix of v1s and v2s and versitile uniforms instead of all olive drabs. Thanks for looking, keep those ideas, and thoughts coming cause I really do feed on them like a rat to cheese... I do love some cheese. |
