Just screwing around today and threw this guy together. I think he's kinda cool, so I thought I would see what you guys think. Looking at him again I think I need to paint his crotch white to resemble the type of wraps the aincent egyptians wore though. Thoughts, suggestions?

I likes him a lot. The chin piece, the eye makeup and the bare feet really set him off nicely. Great job

Decided to add a skirt and collar. I think he looks much better now.

Well, now we know why Serpentor was so angry all the time... he's built like Ken!  I was going to suggest maybe sculpting a little loincloth to the crotch before I saw the skirt pics. The skirt works much better than a "diaper". More regal and fits the look better. Now if you do an upskirt shot... then he'll need something to cover up his lack of junk.
